This is a very well made copy of an 8 course Lute based on an instrument made by Hans Frei which is in the Warwick Museum in England. The original instrument was made in Bologna, Italy in about 1540. Price is $819 plus case $119 plus shipping plus 8.75% sales tax if you are in California.
Solid European spruce soundboard, Indian rosewood back, neck and fingerboard, ebony pegs. 600mm string length. Six nylon frets and 6 rosewood frets.
